It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Paulette Fields, age 61, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, September 16, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   She was born on November 16, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. 

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
