Frank Washington Jr., age 78, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born  September 6, 1940 in Bishopville, South Carolina.  

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm on  Friday, August 23, 2019 at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
