Sarah Ann
Jennifer (Kohn) Henry
May 22, 1954 – February 9, 2026
With heavy hearts, we honor and remember the beautiful life of Sarah Ann Jennifer Kohn Henry, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 71 in Cincinnati, Ohio. In our sorrow, we choose to trust God and take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with the Lord; her late mother, Juanita, whom she lost at a very young age; her father, Arthur Samuel; her only brother, Shelly; her two beautiful sisters, Deloris and Miriam; and her grandson, Jonathan (Nard) Robinson Jr. What a glorious reunion that must be.
She was born at Duval Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida, and was named after her great-grandmother. She was raised in Sweetwater, Florida, where she was educated in the Duval County school system. Sarah's heart was always big, with plenty of room for love. She began her medical career at the Visiting Nurse Association, where she cared for many while also caring for her own family.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter, best friend, and loving partner—a pillar of love whose presence touched generations. Born in Florida, she loved the beach, floating in the pool, fishing, crabbing, and seafood. Sarah loved life! She was always thanking the Lord for blessing her to see another day.
She loved family and enjoyed family game nights of UNO. Her smile would light up a room. She was the life of any party, as she loved to dance, sing, and laugh. Oh, what a sense of humor she had! In her spare time, she enjoyed watching Westerns, daytime talk shows, and movies based on true stories. She especially loved her evening game shows, with Wheel of Fortune being her favorite, along with playing on her tablet and traveling.
Sarah loved having her morning coffee while wearing one of her many muumuus and eating toast. Her favorite color, purple, suited her well, as she was a queen fit for royalty. Her love for her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and close friends was priceless. She touched countless lives through simple acts of kindness—showing care, offering a listening ear, being supportive and encouraging, or simply being good company.
Her gentle spirit will live on in our hearts and fond memories. Sarah, you are truly loved and will be deeply missed.
