Laverne "Vernie" (Jones) Gates

It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Laverne "Vernie" Gates, age 61, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, May 13, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   She was born on March 1, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, May 27, 2022, at the Good News Baptist Church, 3473 Niagara Street, Cincinnati  (45251).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. 

Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 11825 Pippin Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45231.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
