Karen Yvonne Lewis

It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Karen Yvonne Lewis, age 60, of Dayton, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in Dayton,  Ohio.   She was born on July 2, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  

Visitation is from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, on  Friday, May 13, 2022, at the Holy Name Catholic Church - Auburn Avenue, 2448 Auburn Ave, Cincinnati  (45219).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 2:00 pm. 

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
