It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Henry Lee Thomas Jr., age 58, of Middletown, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Thursday, November 17, 2022, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on August 4, 1964, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  

Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on  Friday, December 16, 2022, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 pm. 

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
