Hazel M Franklin

Hazel was born May 3, 1944.  Hazel departed her life on August 16, 2018.  Hazel was born in Georgia, Alabama.  Hazel graduated from St. Rita School and she worked for the Board of Education in Rothenburg Elementary School for 14 years.  Hazel then worked in the Nursing field helping other and traveling around the world force.  Hazel ran her race well, her life’s work was well done, her life victory has been won. Now comes the rest for our beloved Hazel Mae Franklin.  Life made it full circle for Hazel.

Hazel was preceded in death by her father Bernard Pinkston and her mother Willa Mae Pinkston, her son Allen Pinkston and Reginald Pinkston.

Hazel leaves to cherish her memory three sons,  Keith Snow, Michael Pinkston, and Anthony Snow (Tina); her daughter,  Angie Brown, Lumpkin (Joe), and Big Keith. Thirteen grandchildren, Kiesha Mac, Cherly, Shay, Nana, Jazz, Boo Baby, Darin, Devonna, Lil Mike, Lil Tony, Antiono, Twin girls.  She leaves 25 great-grandchildren’s and four step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, August 24, 2018, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
