Dominick Antione Lewis

Dominick Antione Lewis, age 40, of Cincinnati, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020.  He was born  April 12, 1980 in Cleveland, Ohio.  

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Bethel Baptist Church - Alms Place, 2712 Alms Place, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
