David Crutcher passed away March 21, 2013. He was born November 27, 1973, in Cincinnati to David Gatewood and Daisy M. Crutcher.

He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Dorothy M. Moore Crutcher, sisters, Norlissa A. Crutcher and Amber Crutcher, brother, Willis Crutcher.
