Connie Denice (Reed) Blackwell

Connie Denice Blackwell, age 64, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born  September 16, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, March 5, 2021 at the Revelation Missionary Baptist Church - Mt. Healthy, 7717 Harrison avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
