It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Zy'onn Yahell Reliford Gilbert, age 24, of Cincinnati, OH,  who entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 1, 2024, in Cincinnati, OH. She was born on June 13, 1999, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on  Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

Zy'onn Yahel Reliford-Gilbert was born on June 13, 1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Rochelle Rutherford and Ernest Gilbert, both from Cincinnati, Ohio. On June 1, 2024 Zy'onn departed from this world to her life amongst the angels.

Zy'onn was a very happy sharing soul. She loved to help anyone and she was always laughing, dancing or acting funny. Zy'onn was the life of the party and always had a smile that would light up any room.  Most of all she loved her children and she was a great Daughter, Sister, Mother and Friend.

She leave to cherish her memory her five children Royal, Zyrione, Jabare, Kevia, and Zymire Reliford Mother Rochelle Reliford Father Ernest Gilbert Three sisters Zy' myria Reliford Zhy'coria Reliford (lil big sis) Vontrice Kenny Two Brothers Deshawn and Demetrius Sherman Her Grandmother Annie Gilbert Her Aunt's and Uncle's Her Great Aunt's and Great Uncle's, a host of nieces nephews family and friends.

We will miss her personality her smile, hugs and her pretty face, her sense of humor, her realness and friendship. She was funny and silly and she loved to have fun. She will be truly missed by Emani Davis (cousin) and Iran (bff). She's forever in our hearts.
