Zubia M. Skates, age 71, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born June 11, 1945, in Browns, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at the St. Luke Baptist Church, 503 Clark Street, Cincinnati (45203). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens , 2145 Compton Road, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.
