Zelma Vivian Crawford was born to the parentage of the late Sam Thomas and Ola M. Thomas on March 1, 1932 in Pompano Beach, Florida. She found the Lord at an early age and continue to trust the Lord throughout her life. She married the late John Crawford and from that union two children were born . She was a graduate of the A&M in Tallahassee Florida. She worked as a nursing assistant at Good Samaritan Hospital for thirty years. She later worked as a preschool teacher at Memorial Community Center. She leaves one sister, Bertha Head, children, Kimberly and Kenneth Crawford, five grandchildren, Malayia Crawford,Deitric Deion, Vivian and Brittany Crawford, great-grandsons, Demarri and Deitric Jr.
