Willie Walter Bell, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in Georgetown, Ohio. He was born November 26, 1925, in Butler, Georgia. Loving father of Shirley Bell and Derrick Bell (Cathy). Also survived by four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will observe private graveside services and there are no public services.
