Willie David Stallworth was born May 23, 1937 in Atmore, Alabama to the late Lewis and Vernese Stallworth.  He was called to our eternal home, Sunday March 25, 2018.

Willie left Alabama at the young age of 14 years old.  He traveled to many States but finally called his residence in Cincinnati, Ohio.  It was then he wedded, on Saturday, July 27, 1963, to Betty Jean Stallworth (Perdue) who predeceased him in death.

He worked for many years, with his late brother John David Stallworth, as a Butcher at Earheart & Son.  Willie also worked as a Security Guard at Step-N-Style, in downtown Cincinnati, prior to his illness.  His hobbies were fishing, and he was introduced to a C.B. radio which was his passion.  He joined the Rooster Channel Jumper Club and introduced to his C.B. handle names, "Red Man and 3 Gun."  He travelled with his Club Members to many different States where he successfully won many trophy's for as he called it, "Dropping that hammer on them mud ducks."    He was also called, "Smokey Robinson," since he looked like him.

His brothers Ben Stallworth, Sr., John David Stallworth; sisters Ceola Williams, Gloria Pearson; and sister-in-law's Betty Jean Stallworth (Pearson), Mary E. Stallworth, all predeceased him in death. Willie leaves to cherish his memories:  two daughters, Denise Stallworth and Stacey Wheeler of Cincinnati, OH; one brother, Leon Williams of Pensicola, FL; three grandchildren; Kenneth Welch (Jennifer) of Germany; Dominique Welch of Miami, FL; Tejara Chames of Cincinnati, OH; one great granddaughter, Uriyah Welch of Miami, FL; two sister-in-law's, Constance Ector and Harriet Perdue of Cincinnati, OH and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on April 6, 2018, at Walker Event Center. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
