Willie James Seay, age 93, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born December 24, 1923, in Ross, Alabama. Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
