Willie L. Parnell, age 80, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born August 13, 1937, in Birmingham, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Monday, September 11, 2017, at the Ebenezer Second Baptist Church, 10054 Dixie Court, Cincinnati (45215). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
