Willie B. Kilby, age 79, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born March 27, 1938, in Franklin, Georgia. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, August 11, 2017, at the New St. Paul Baptist Church, 1907 Freeman Avenue, Cincinnati (45214).
