William Earl Stephens Sr., age 81, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born August 3, 1937, in Yazoo City, Mississippi.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at the Walker Funeral Home - EAST McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
