William A. Rineer, age 79, of Thomden Road, Rockville, Maryland, died Thursday, July 5, 2001 in Timonium, Baltimore County, Maryland. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on May 2, 1922, he was the son of the late Gertrude Sprenger Rineer Weber and Arthur W. Rineer. He was a 1940 graduate of McCaskey High School. After serving in the armed forces during World War II, he attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 1949 with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He received his master's degree in business from Penn State University.

Interment in Riverview Burial Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
