William Carl Rice , age 78, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born December 7, 1936 in Hardyville, Kentucky. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Walker - Walnut Hills Chapel , 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati (45206) with visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery. Final arrangements entrusted to Walker Funeral Home, 1025 E.
