William E Powell, age 44, of Hamilton Ohio, passed away Monday February 19, 2018 at his home. He was born on May 10, 1973 in Hamilton Ohio to Edward Clinton and Lucinda Lane (Napier) Powell. Billy loved fishing, football and NASCAR races. His biggest love was being with his children and grandchildren but he loved being with all of his family. He was a very kind and gentle man who was loved by everyone who knew him. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. He is survived by his wife Melissa Powell. His daughters, Jodi and husband Aaron Meacham, Samantha Powell and fiancé Donny Taylor. Grandchildren Madison, Abigail, Baylee and Lane. Brothers Wayne and Angel Powell, Jesse and Deanna Powell. Sisters Shannon and Steve Sams, Beth and Clark Rose. Inlaws Scott and Karla Hinkle and Vivian and Joesph Smith and Mike and Kimberly Woods. Nieces Amber, Kristen, Taelor, Jaymee, Marissa, Hannah, Madison, Katie, Sunny, Sindy, Mindy, Jennalee, Peyton and Breanna.Nephews Rob, Gino, Dennis, Jaxon, Anthony and Beau. His grandmother Anna Powell and father Edward Clinton and Patty Powell. He is preceded in death by his precious mother Lucinda Lane Powell. His grandparents Corbitt and Dessie Napier and Richard Powell as well as many family members. Visitation is from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm, on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at the Walker Funerals & Cremations - Butler County, 532 S. Second Street, Hamilton (45011). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:30 pm. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park - Hamilton , 2421 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
