William E. Middleton, age 84, passed away, September 28, 2018, at Fairfield, Ohio.  He was born January 9, 1934, in Gray, Knox County, Kentucky, to the late Burely and Mary Susan Perry Middleton.

He is survived by wife, Amanda Middleton, two children, Debra and David (Tonya) Middleton, four grandchildren, Delbert, Raven, Amanda and Michael and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Thursday, October 4, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.
