William  Herschel Joiner, age 81, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019, in Springdale,  Ohio.   He was born  May 10, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, June 15, 2019, at the Corinthian Baptist Church,  1920 Tennessee Avenue, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
