He graduated from the Cincinnati Bible Seminary. Beloved husband of Carolyn L. Hagans. Loving father of Rev. William L. Hagans Jr, Kenya Hagans, Zechariah L. Hagans Sr, Raethenia Thompson, Tangernika Wyatt, Christina Brockman. Funeral services at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 28 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 809 Charlotte Street.
