William Lee Foster, Jr. was born on December 26, 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio,  the son of Rosemary (McMichael) and William Lee Foster, Sr.  He passed away on December 22, 2025.

He attended Cincinnati Public Schools, graduated from Withrow High School.  He went into the US Navy.  Once he returned, he became a preacher at Bibleway Church of God in Christ.  There he met Shirley, his wife.  From this union they had two children, Sonja "Hope" (Tony) Alexander and Steffon "Randy" Foster.  His wife preceded him in death five years ago.  He is survived by his children; sisters, Vivian Jones and one brother, Miguel Foster; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, January 2, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
