William Henry Cowins was born on December 29, 1954, to the late Willie and Beatrice (Tate) Cowins. He departed this life on July 17, 2017. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sons, Randall and Antonio. William left school early and joined the Ohio National Guard. After the initial training, William complted two years of active reservist duty. He leaves to cherish his memory, sisters and brothers, Helen Robinson, Lindsay (Ida), Elizabeth (Donald), Willie E. (Phyllis), John Cowins and Darlene Riggins. Children, Yolanda, Shamaya, Britton, Brandie, Torrando, Mikyla, Towanna, Danielle, and Darrelle.
