William O. Penny, Sr.was born January 25, 1932 in Georgetown, Kentucky. He was known as 'Bubble / Penny'. He was joined in Holy Matrimony on June 30, 1952 to Rosemary Bray. They were together for over 65 years, his beloved Rosemary preceded him in death on March 6, 2006. From this union they were blessed with eight children: William Penny, Jr., Patricia, Anthony Penny, Sr., Delores, and four preceded him in death.
