William Theodore Bailey Jr., age 77, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born August 12, 1944, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:30 am, on  Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:30 am.
