Willa Dean Parker, age 63, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016, in Columbia, South Carolina. She was born October 6, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Willa Dean Parker Memorial Fund at any Fifth Third Bank location.
