Wilhelmina Blackwell, age 94, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born May 16, 1923, in Greenville, South Carolina. Visitation is from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM, on October 2, 2017, at Walker-Mt. Healthy Chapel. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
