Wilbert  Fondale Rankins was born December 6, 1955, in Alabama, then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio with his parents. He joined the Navy right after high school.

Wilbert was the second oldest of the Rankins family. He was an avid lover of U.C Basketball, The Lakers, and Lebron James. His favorite pass time was hanging out at home and having family cookouts and holidays.

Wilbert (Will) Rankins was preceded in death by his father Effrit, mother Phyllis, and brother Isaia.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved daughter Ryan, stepchildren; Mechelle and Brandale, five siblings, brothers; Eric, Kenneth, James, Phillip, his sister Corrie; seven nephews, two nieces, and a host of great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 2:30 pm until 3:30 pm, on  Saturday, March 13, 2021, at the Walker- McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:30 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
