On Thursday, April 15, 2021, Wendell Andrew Norwood, loving son, brother and father of two daughters, transitioned at age 60.

Wendell was born on November 20, 1960 in Little Rock, AR. He graduated from Parkview High School and attended college at the University of Central Arkansas and University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He had a great passion for life. He was a skilled chess player, remarkable salesman and devoted son, brother, friend and father. Wendell absolutely loved his two daughters. Wendell was known for his cheerful, quick wit and persuasive personality combined with a compassionate spirit.

Wendell was preceded in death by his father, Woody Andrew Norwood and his brother, Roderick Alan Norwood. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Clipper, his daughters, Laquiesha Norwood of Riverside, CA, Talauna Norwood of Little Rock, AR, two brothers, Mark Norwood (Jacquie) of Houston, TX, S. Juan Clipper of Denver, CO and his sister, Tikki Clipper Hicks (Avery) of Fredericksburg, VA and several loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
