Wayman Franklin Graham Sr. was born November 20, 1946 in Manassas, Georgia to Joseph and Pearl Graham. He departed this life to go home October 7, 2014. Wayman grew up in the communities of downtown Cincinnati. He attended Cincinnati Public schools, including Taft High School. Wayman served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne from 1973-1978, attaining the rank of Sergeant. He was a member of New Life Temple. Wayman loved being around his family and friends, he was the life of everybody's party. He enjoyed 90 pound and music by Tupac. If you were having a bad day and saw "DO BE FRANK", you would have a smile at the end of the day. He loved to barbeque. He would slap you down on some ribs and loved to eat pig feet. He was a master baker, especially known for his cheesecakes. He also loved to drive from state to state visiting friends and family. He would often say "Slap Me Down" and "Hold me back" and "BAM!" He will be missed for his favorite line – "Has anyone told you they love you today?" He affectionately responded "because I love you". Wayman was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Pearl Graham; and stepson, Harold Brewster, Jr. There will be two special people awaiting him at the pearly gates, his grandson Nicolas and cousin Crook.
