Wallace Grigsby, Jr. AKA Tyree/Buzzard passed in peace on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at the age of 64. He was born on November 22, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Wallace Grigsby, Sr. and Jean Elizabeth Carter.

Tyree is well known for his passion to keep the wheels in motion on any type of vehicle. He started at a young fixing small things like bikes and motorcycles. This led him to become our beloved "Shade Tree Mechanic". If it was broke, he could fix it, especially after he had a little sip.

Tyree loved his family dearly. You could never have a dull moment with him singing, talking, playing dominoes and chess, or pitching horseshoes. If you caught him in one of those moments he might even shed a tear or two. We all knew he loved to drive fast even though he didn't have a driver's license. The chances he took. It is safe to say that he lived his life to the fullest with no regrets.

Tyree was surpassed in death by his father, Wallace; mother, Jean; stepfather, JT; sister, Lovenia; grandson, Jordan, and his nephew, Knuckles.

Tyree is survived by his children, Jermaine, Tywanna, and Wallace; sister, Velina; brother, Rod ( Lady); grandchildren, Jaquez, Giovanni, Tionna, Asayleus, and Just'us; a great-grandchild, Jaquez Jr.; and a multitude of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Tyree's life may seem too short to many, but the memories that were made will always keep him close. He is gone, but he will NEVER be forgotten. Tyree will truly be missed by all that he came in touch with, especially those that knew and loved him.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at the Walker- McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
