Virgil Charles Rivers, age 83, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 4, 1933, in Heflin, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
