Veronica Susan Province June 27, 1962 – April 29, 2026
Veronica Susan Province, 63, of Hamilton, Ohio, stepped peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 29, 2026. A woman woven from kindness, generosity, and a perfectly timed sarcastic remark, she moved through the world with a heart that never stopped giving.
Her life reflected the scripture she lived by: “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.” Veronica carried that truth in everything she did — offering comfort, laughter, honesty, and faith in equal measure. Her devotion to Christ shaped the way she loved, the way she served, and the way she showed up for others with unwavering grace.
She is held in loving memory by her husband, James Edward Province; her daughters Jamie Province (Steven DeLano) and Holly Province (Zack McCoy); her cherished adopted daughters Katie Maxwell (Sean Pollard) and Rachel Evans (Darvan Caldwell); and her treasured grandchildren Madeline McCoy and Penelope McCoy, who brought her endless joy and pride. She remains forever connected to her siblings Lorraine Ward, Angela Rosa, Frank Broughton, and her late brother Tilford Broughton II, who preceded her in death in 2001.
Veronica’s legacy is not measured in years, but in the tenderness she offered, the humor she shared, and the countless lives she brightened. She leaves behind a family shaped by her strength, her faith, and her unmistakable spark — a light that will continue to glow in every story told about her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon, on May 9th, 2026, at Richard’s Pizza, 417 Main Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45013 (Phone 513-894-3296). All who loved her are welcome to gather, remember, and honor the beautiful life she lived.
May her memory be a blessing, and may her spirit continue to guide those who loved her with the same warmth she gave so freely.
