Van Odra Billups, age 57, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born November 3, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati (45220).
