Valerie L Phillips, age 62, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born February 14, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Gathering is from 10:00 am until 10:30 am on Friday, October 29, 2021 at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road, (corner of Paddock & Reading Rds) Cincinnati, 45229. The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 10:30 am.
