It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Tyree D. Clark, age 18, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Monday, September 16, 2013, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on March 10, 1995, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Thursday, September 26, 2013, at the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery , 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
