Troy John Higgins, age 79, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 22, 1936, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am , on December 4, 2015 , at the Walker Chapel, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Oak Hill Cemetery in Springdale, Ohio.
