Tracy Lynn Green, age 49, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020, in Fairfield,  Ohio.  She was born February 23, 1971, in Middletown, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, December 18, 2020, at the Inspirational Bible Church - City of Destiny, 11450 Sebring Drive, Forest Park   (45240).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
