Tina Middlekamp-Hulsey, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was born on June 2, 1962.  On Sunday, July 28, 2019 she went to join her parents, Mildred Sexton and Chuck Hulsey and her son, Shane Middlekamp.

Tina was a loving mother to Kasey Hulsey, Kelly Hulsey and Chuckie (Rocky) Middlekamp.  She was a caring grandmother to eleven beautiful girls and eleven handsome boys; a dear sister to Chuck (Tammy) Hulsey.  Tina is also survived by her first cousins, Blue and Rusty Phelps, along with many other family and friends.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
