Tina was born on April 28, 1976, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Michelle Duffy and William West Jr. She attended Rothenberg Elementary, Bloom/Porter Junior High, and Taft High School.

Tina dedicated her life to healthcare for 26 years as an STNA. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, and sipping her wine, but above all, what mattered most to her was quality time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, Fion Miles, and was preceded in death by her one and only son, Da'Marcus Duffy. Tina leaves behind two daughters (Temeka and Keyasia), one granddaughter (Serenity), seven grandsons (Kingston, Sir'Sean, Christopher, Royalty, Andre, Joir'dan, and Ny'land), four sisters, nine brothers, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the House of Hope, 930 Findlay Street, Cincinnati  (45214).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
