Timothy Wayne Phelps was born in Cincinnati, Ohio at General Hospital to the late Amanda Phelps and Warren Henry Mitchell on December 22,1962 Timothy was full of life, he finished his high school education at Withrow High School. 'RAMBO'! as he is known to most of his friends, favorite sport was fishing and his hidden talent was Martial Arts - that came from his interest and love for the Chinese culture. Rambo also enjoyed riding his bake using that as a way of transportation or a car. His memory was very unique among others. Rambo could remember family, friends, and events that most have lost touch with. Holidays were his favorite time of year and all family gatherings where he would share his many stories. Timothy leaves behind three sons, Matthew, Jahlil, Micah, three sisters, Angela Lemmons, Laronda Landrum (William), Tina Sykes (Ernest), two step-daughters, McKeshia M. Edwards, and Tia M. Gist, one grandson, De'Marius Edwards, and his significant other of eighteen years, Yolanda Gist. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and his Aunt Vina Beatly. Timothy will be truly missed and never forgotten. Rest Up 'Rambo'!! Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Winton Hills Community Church, 5255 Winneste Avenue, Cincinnati (45232). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
