Timothy was born on February 12, 1931 to the late Timothy Lewis, Sr. and Catherine Lewis in Mobile, Alabama. He was preceded in death by two sons, Willard and Michael; and one daughter, Catherine Lewis-Mobley. Timothy was a loyal and devoted husband, father, brother and uncle. He was a man that cherished his family. Timothy confessed faith in Christ to preach. He was an Associate Minister at the New Testament Baptist Church. He was a very soft spoken, humble and God fearing man. Timothy leaves to cherish his memory: a devoted wife, Cordelia Lewis of Cincinnati, Ohio; nine daughters, Shelly L. Hockersmith (Daniel) of Jeffersonsville, IN, Faith, Judie, Marian of Cincinnati, OH, Deborah of Wardord, MD, Linda, Janeen Webb (Lonnie), Margaret Irons (David) and Patricia Cooper (James) of Cincinnati, OH; eight sons, James (Brenda) of Detroit, MI, Arthur, Patrick, and Bobby of Cincinnati, OH, Rodney and Timothy III of Lexington, KY; two sisters, Gerry and Mable of Mobile, AL; 46 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and family members. Service will be Friday, February 7, 2014
