It is with sadness we announce the transition of Tiffany Chiffon Smith , age 34, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 27, 2023, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on December 26, 1988, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Thursday, August 10, 2023, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
