Tiffany Danielle Jones, age 41, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019, in Forest Park, Ohio. She was born February 5, 1978, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the House of Hope. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am.
Interment will follow Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
