It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Thomas Marshall Payne, age 60, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on Monday, August 17, 1964, in Tucson, Arizona.

Memorial Service 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., on November 9, 2024, at New Thought Unity Center, 1401 E McMillan Street (45206).
