It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Thomas Howard Johnson, age 59, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 19, 2008. He was born on Saturday, December 4, 1948, in Palm Beach, Florida.
